Meet the founder of Nicholson Home Another Chance

Nicholson Home Another Chance is a nonprofit dedicated to serving homeless, those in recovery, and abused adults. On a mission to ultimately offer support through housing, clothing, mentoring, and life skills training to foster recovery and transformation.

Hi, my name is Robin Nicholson. I know firsthand the pain of abuse and the struggle of homelessness. As a once homeless mother with nowhere to turn, I experienced the life-changing power of compassion and support when someone reached out to help me. Out of that journey was born Nicholson Home Another Chance — a place dedicated to giving others the same hope, dignity, and opportunity for transformation that I once received.

Today, our mission is to extend another chance to every man and woman who feels forgotten.

Our Services & Vision

We currently provide direct support through compassion, mentoring, and resource connections — while actively working toward expanded housing, life skills, and recovery programs as funding grows. Our partners make the difference.

Housing Support

(Safe referrals and resource connection)

We do the footwork. Connecting each guest with proper channels of assistance as we are working toward our goal of being able to provide safe, stable housing and better resources for those in need to rebuild their lives.

Life Skills Training

Currently providing direct-to-the-street outreach, counseling, and also meals through partnering with our local community kitchen. We are working toward programs that empower individuals with essential skills for independent living and personal growth.

Building a supportive network for healing and recovery through a loving, empathetic presence and partnerships with local organizations, churches and agencies, and people like you . You are vital to our mission.
